1.Initial discussion
Upon approaching us and showing your interest in the accreditation, the Customer Service Department Head will discuss your needs and readiness for applying for accreditation.
2.Initial application submission
Once you select the accreditation program for which you want to apply, you should fill the accreditation application form in which you must fully answer all questions and then submit it to our official e-mail address. A list of the required documents must be attached thereto so they can be used by our team to verify the legal position, credibility and reliability of your organization, as well as the quality of the service provided in your territory.
3.Revision of application and documents
Within five business days of the submission of your application and all supporting documents, one of our representatives will contact the training provider either to request additional documents or to get more clarifications in relation to the training entity's request for accreditation so the training provider's file is completed and all its supporting documents are attached thereto.
4.Evaluation Committee
After the application and documents have been verified, the application and all documents will be forwarded to the Accreditation Committee for assessment and approval and to give the initial accreditation status to the training provider or to arrange for a site visit if necessary. In case of disapproval, you may apply for a reassessment at any time after the fulfillment of all requirements, and you will be treated as a new applicant.
5.Approval and award
When the Committee's approval report is received, you will receive a welcoming package including a message of congratulations for the approval, an accreditation certificate and an understanding contract that contains the instructions, rules and obligations of both parties. Accordingly, your name will be put on the official website as one of our accredited training providers.
6.Auditing
The accredited training provider shall comply with our standards and procedures to ensure the consistency with the accreditation status. We will conduct anonymous checks on the accredited training providers to make sure they perform the best training and development practices to maintain the accreditation status awarded by us.
7.Reaccreditation
Upon the expiry of the annual accreditation period, a renewal reminder will be sent and you will be asked to confirm that the standards recognized through your assessment have been maintained.
