What is Accreditation ?

Training accreditation is a kind of quality assurance under which a number of pre-assessment procedures are made by an independent commission (a third party) to determine whether the standards in place at the organization that provides training are fulfilled; and if such standards are fulfilled, the accreditation is awarded. The commission consists of specialists who determine the training qualifications, processes, the extent of their suitability and degree, as well as the service and program assessment and the verification thereof.

The application process depends on a set of assessments so the training provider obtains an approval of the accreditation, and he must go ahead on official assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to ensure the efficiency of the approaches and methods adopted in the area where training is provided.

Eligibility Criteria for Accreditation

1. Training and Education:
Course delivery

course delivery standards are the most crucial component of delivering an effective training program. It qualifies any training provider to be nominated as an accredited and trusted training provider. Description for the course delivery

  • Learning and training methodology must be formulated in an interactive and to engage the trainees.
  • Learning outcomes must be identified and clearly communicated to trainees.
  • The training content and activities has to be linked along with the communicated training objectives and final outcomes.
  • The training materials and curriculum must be aligned with the most modern and innovative learning standards which are relevant to the material being taught.
  • The course is designed and paired with trainees’ ability, learning preferences and can be adjusted to suit individual trainee needs.
  • Trainers must have the sufficient knowledge, experience and competency to enhance their trainings domains

Trainer competence and qualifications

The trainers must be motivating, skillful and engaging individuals, who can easily facilitate the learning process and engages learners. They must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency, technical knowledge and practical relevant work experience.

  • Trainers must have current educational knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of experience in related occupational positions of the program they are delivering.
  • Trainer must fully grasp the course and its practical case studies which he/she is delivering
  • Trainers’ profiles must meet the training global standards (e.g. knowledge of teaching techniques, class management, how to develop the achievement of trainees).
  • Trainers have a planned, organized approach to teaching and supporting trainees in which they are following a personal and professional conducted standard.

2. Quality Assurance
Training and learning support

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) should be maintained by the training provider to ensure adequate training resources, training materials, professional training venue, proper learning environment and resources support a high-quality training and learning experience.

Accreditation Procedures for Training Providers

1.Initial discussion

Upon approaching us and showing your interest in the accreditation, the Customer Service Department Head will discuss your needs and readiness for applying for accreditation.

2.Initial application submission

Once you select the accreditation program for which you want to apply, you should fill the accreditation application form in which you must fully answer all questions and then submit it to our official e-mail address. A list of the required documents must be attached thereto so they can be used by our team to verify the legal position, credibility and reliability of your organization, as well as the quality of the service provided in your territory.

3.Revision of application and documents

Within five business days of the submission of your application and all supporting documents, one of our representatives will contact the training provider either to request additional documents or to get more clarifications in relation to the training entity's request for accreditation so the training provider's file is completed and all its supporting documents are attached thereto.

4.Evaluation Committee

After the application and documents have been verified, the application and all documents will be forwarded to the Accreditation Committee for assessment and approval and to give the initial accreditation status to the training provider or to arrange for a site visit if necessary. In case of disapproval, you may apply for a reassessment at any time after the fulfillment of all requirements, and you will be treated as a new applicant.

5.Approval and award

When the Committee's approval report is received, you will receive a welcoming package including a message of congratulations for the approval, an accreditation certificate and an understanding contract that contains the instructions, rules and obligations of both parties. Accordingly, your name will be put on the official website as one of our accredited training providers.

6.Auditing

The accredited training provider shall comply with our standards and procedures to ensure the consistency with the accreditation status. We will conduct anonymous checks on the accredited training providers to make sure they perform the best training and development practices to maintain the accreditation status awarded by us.

7.Reaccreditation

Upon the expiry of the annual accreditation period, a renewal reminder will be sent and you will be asked to confirm that the standards recognized through your assessment have been maintained.

Accreditation Procedures for Trainers
